Nigerian-British Girl joy williams Dies After Failed Butt Enlargement Surgery In Thailand

Welcome to chizu ifejika's blog:The unfortunate incident was said to have happened after a failed £2,000 butt enlargement surgery in Bangkok, Thailand. Dailymail made it known that  Anietie, who is Joy’s older brother, living in Nigeria, revealed that the family didn’t even know she’d traveled to Thailand.

“We don’t really know what went wrong, we only know what is in reports in the media.”Anietie said.

Aniete however made it known that preparations are in top gear to bring her remains home. The young lady, according to UK Telegraph, relocated to the UK from Nigeria in 2007 and to live with her mother in Thamesmead. She however died on October 23rd after visiting a clinic called SP Clinic in Thailand which she got to know about through the internet.

She visited SP clinic on October 14 with the hopes of having a fuller, bigger and enhanced bottom. An operation in which her wounds became infected after few days. This made her to go back for a corrective surgery, or probably removing the silicon implants.

But unfortunately,  she was found dead on the operating table with a three inch-long stitched incision on her tail bone after medical staff found they were unable to resuscitate her. However, Thai officials investigating her death believe her operation had been delayed to ensure Miss Williams had not eaten anything beforehand and that as a result, the operation began after the clinic’s legal closing time of 7pm
It is believed Miss Williams had long struggled with her self-esteem and been bullied at school before choosing to undergo an operation on her nose to improve her looks. She was said to have stayed at the £11-a-night Vabua Asotel hotel which is used by the clinic as accommodation for its patients.

Fifty-one-year-old Sompob Sansiri, who’s the doctor who carried out the surgery, has been arrested and accused of negligence due to his acts of carrying out operations at nights without license. He has been charged with recklessness causing death and could face 10 years jail term if found guilty.

Doctor Sompob Sansiri, 51, is lead away by police after Miss Williams died at his clinic

Furthermore, the clinic has been closed for 60 days now as investigations are still ongoing. Thailand is a world-leader in cosmetic surgery tourism with many companies offering procedures at discounts of up to 60 per cent. The industry earned the country £2.68billion in 2013 alone.

Doctor Sompob Sansiri claimed to have trained in the U.S. and been practicing since 1998, but he is now facing ten years behind bars

One of the deceased’s friend who spoke with UK Telegraph said she had suffered bullying and low self esteem issues while they were in school and that she was never happy with herself.

“She was a really, really nice girl. She was very friendly and caring. She was always helping her mum with her brothers. She was a very bright girl and did well at school. She was a bit shy and quiet and I knew in later years there was something wrong and upsetting her.

At school she had been bullied over her appearance and she went for surgery on her nose and face. Last time I saw her it was obvious she had had cosmetic surgery. She was fine before, she didn’t need to. She was fine the way she was but she just wasn’t happy. She had no self esteem and I guess she felt she needed to do it. She was just never happy with herself.”

Police are now waiting for the postmortem result which would determine if the doctor will be charged for medical negligence.

Meet identical twins Michael and Daniel Flora from East London,

Welcome to chizu ifejika's blog : Meet identical twins Michael and Daniel Flora from East London, who have become an internet sensation after their mother, Jane, started posting pictures of them posing in their identical outfits on Instagram. They are stylish, confident, cute and really cool! Its difficult to believe that they are only 3 years old!

Their mom, Jane Flora, said the brothers have enjoyed being dressed in matching outfits since they were a just over year old and have developed a flair for fashion. Then they are not shy about posing in front of the camera with the ease of a Burberry model.

 She said:

‘The boys definitely have developed an interest in fashion, whenever you dress them up they would use the words “mummy can we strike a pose”. Whenever we go out I can see people staring, because they are intrigued by their outfits. They get lots of compliments and people even ask to have photos with them.’

Jane told MailOnline that they haven’t been approached by any modelling agencies yet – but given the boys’ style and poise, it is surely only a matter of time.

“I don’t expose my cleavage, it was a photo shoot. You don’t see me walking on the street with my cleavage hanging out. It was a photo shoot. I felt I have some features that people should know of. Even with that, some people still believe that she has a lot of boobs but no behind, that is wrong. I am coming out to showcase. I think the older I get, the more comfortable I am in my skin. You get secured, more confident with age. If I feel very comfortable showing off my curves, my cleavage, excuse me, it is my body. But I will not walk around naked. I wear whatever I am comfortable with.”

Daniel Sturridge injury: Liverpool striker suggests problems could be linked with 'Caribbean vibes

Welcome to chizu ifejika's blog
Daniel Sturridge has suggested his injury woes could be hereditary.

The Liverpool striker has managed to play just four games so far this season, playing a role in the Reds' initially positive start to the campaign before succumbing to a thigh injury whilst training with the England team.

His absence has been sorely felt, particularly due to the departure of Luis Suarez over the summer, with Liverpool struggling to hit the back of the net and finding themselves seventh in the Premier League table, nine points behind leaders Chelsea.
Sturridge was due to return earlier this month, but on the eve of Liverpool's match against QPR, it emerged the 25-year-old had suffered a fresh set-back, hurting his calf in training.

In an interview with Talksport, Sturridge has suggested his injury problems which have consistently hampered his career, could be hereditary.

“I’ve been unfortunate this season to pick up injuries. Maybe it’s my body type and hereditary,” he said.

“My uncle Dean had a lot of muscle problems when he played, uncle Simon the same, and my dad. Maybe it’s the Caribbean vibes. [I have] fast-twitch muscles, I am more vulnerable to muscle injuries. As to whether I will be one of the best player in Europe or the world, for me, as long as I continue to work hard everything will take care of itself.”
Sturridge hopes to make an immediate impact on his return, however warned Liverpool fans that he won't be a "genius" as soon as he comes back.

“I’ve genuinely missed playing and it has been one of the most difficult times for myself,” said Sturridge.

“It has been since I got the first injury with England. It has been mentally difficult to deal with it because I want to be playing and I am putting pressure on myself to be out there because I miss it. It’s not just a job for me. I love it. For me to be missing games is devastating but I have to deal with the cards I have been dealt and think everything happens for a reason.

“Of course, watching the games is the most difficult thing but I have been pushing myself in training to make sure when I come back I am prepared and I am not going to breakdown.

“I was unfortunate with the calf injury. When I come back I am hoping to score goals and help the team win games.

“I’m not going to say I am going to come back and be a genius because everyone takes time to come back from injuries. I know what is expected of myself and what is expected when you put the Liverpool shirt on. I can’t wait to get back to try to help the team try to win something this season."

Manchester City vs Manchester United analysis: Manuel Pellegrini has no excuse for City's lack of a Plan B, writes Danny Higginbotham

Welcome to chizu ifejika's blog:
Manchester City have been found out as a side with only one way to play. Their predictability against Newcastle United on Wednesday night – and their lack of a Plan ‘B’ – was extraordinary for a club of such wealth and talent. The quality which separates top managers from the ordinary ones is adaptability to the game situation and Manuel Pellegrini is not demonstrating that he is in possession of it. Manchester United have every reason to believe that they can win Sunday’s derby match at the Etihad.

The strategy which Newcastle went for is precisely the same one that Stoke City and West Ham United have used to beat them this season. They kept their back four very narrow – operating at the width of the six-yard box – with their wingers, Rolando Aarons /Sammy Ameobi and Gabriel Obertan doing the full backs’ work. They packed the middle of the pitch and said: "If you want to go 2 v 1 against us down the wings, OK. We fancy ourselves to deal with your crosses, Manchester City." That’s because Sergio Aguero, David Silva and James Milner are not going to test you when the crosses come in and with what is effectively a flat back six, Edin Dzeko won’t cause problems, either.

Newcastle were happy to retreat if they lost the ball in City’s half and couldn’t get it back. This is what are we seeing regularly: City opponents willing to play the game in their own half and smother Pellegrini’s world class players. City were slow in possession - needing ten passes to do what Newcastle could do in two. By the time they had put four passes together Newcastle were back in shape. I’m sorry, but that’s desperately poor game management.
And when City lose possession, they become vulnerable because of individual weaknesses in their back line. Aleksandr Kolarov likes to go up but he is not quick at getting back, while Eliaquim Mangala does not want to come outside the width of his six-yard box to cover. Mangala has cost a lot of money but so far he has been a constant accident. Pace is consistently punishing City players like this. Obertan might not have made it at Old Trafford but he is as quick as you will find. It doesn’t help that there’s no continuity to the defensive personnel either. Pellegrini has never gone played with the same back four in consecutive matches this season. He’s not chopping and changing because of injuries. He just doesn’t know what his preferred back four is.

Manchester City vs Manchester United combined
It’s one thing to have your way of playing found out. It’s something else entirely to have no alternative strategy. City’s Plan A is 4-4-2. Their Plan B is frustration. It’s no coincidence that of the 12 times they’ve behind at half time under Pellegrini they have managed to win on three occasions, losing the remaining nine and never drawing. Against Newcastle, they brought on Jesus Navas, who is genuinely rapid wide player but who hardly touched the ball, and James Milner, who came into the centre from the right, only adding to the congestion.

The best manager – a Jose Mourinho or Pep Guardiola – would not have adapted, by exploiting the width Newcastle were offering them. I remember our Stoke side playing Chelsea at home three years ago when we knew that they, too, like to go through the middle. Our preparations included playing an 8 v 8 match through the middle on the Britannia Stadium pitch the day before; all of us wearing long studs to scuff up the turf. Andre Villas Boas was manager at the time and Chelsea couldn’t deal with it. We got a 1-1 draw. It would never been the case if Mourinho was manager. I can’t tell you the number of times over the years I’ve been in a side up against a Mourinho, Arsene Wenger or Sir Alex Ferguson and it will be 0-0 at half time and you will feel comfortable, only for them to find a totally different plan for the second half. You’re not seeing that from Pellegrini.
